Let me introduce myself, my name is Genneysa Case and it's my privilege to serve you all as the president of the Germantown Band Boosters Association. Please feel free to contact me with questions, concerns or constructive criticisms.
Band Booster meetings are very informal but extremely informative. I know each of you will want to stay on top of what is going on with your high school band member so it's vital for you to attend our booster meetings.
The Band Boosters meet the 2nd Thursday of every month so mark your calendars and save those dates!
The purpose of the Band Boosters is just what the title of our group says. We "boost" the band. We support the band financially and morally. We are the band's biggest cheerleaders. If you have a child in the band, then you're a booster. It's that simple!
There are many different ways that you can help our band. A source of steady profit for us is the concessions stand at home football games. The band reaps all the benefits of running the concessions stand but it is no easy task to keep the stand functioning properly at football games. We need your help!
Each year in April the boosters sponsor a golf tournament and it benefits the band enormously!
Please consider giving of your time and talents with this endeavor, also.
Cardinal and Gold is the band's capital campaign. It's aim is to give family, friends, and businesses the means to support our band while getting advertising in return. Cardinal and Gold needs businesses to participate so if you know of a business owner that would like to give back to the Germantown community, let me know!
I hope that each of you will consider giving of your time and talents toward the betterment of the band.
